The usage budget is expressed in dollars because that is the currency the AI providers we measure charge in. It limits query spend, not your invoice: the plan price does not change.
The trial, in detail
- The Pro plan features, uncut: sentiment, alerts and API included.
- The usage budget for the whole trial is $0.50, the lowest in the system. We limit spend, not features.
- When it expires, your data stays readable for 30 more days. No new sweeps are run.
How billing works
We sell only to businesses and professionals. At checkout we ask for your VAT number; for EU businesses with a valid VAT number, reverse charge applies and no VAT is added.
Invoice amounts are calculated by Stripe according to your country and tax situation. We never recalculate an invoice.
Billing questions
- Does the trial ask for a card?
- No. You get 14 days with the Pro plan features and a closed usage budget. If you do not subscribe there is no charge, because there is no card to charge.
- Can the invoice grow without warning?
- No. The plan price is fixed, and the usage budget limits how many responses we run, not how much you pay. If a day’s budget runs out, sweeps stop and the dashboard says so.
- Who issues the invoice?
- Stripe, with the VAT ID you provide at checkout. We never recalculate an invoice: the amount Stripe issues is the one that counts.
- Do you sell to consumers?
- No. We sell only to companies and professionals, with a VAT ID. That is what allows the reverse charge mechanism for EU companies with a valid VAT number.
