What you discover stops getting lost
Lists by project, internal notes and full export. It does not search or analyse: it stores. And it is free on every plan, because charging for keeping what you already paid to discover has no defence.
- Unlimited lists by project and by client
- Internal notes per keyword, which is where the team's judgement lives
- A save button in every tool that discovers keywords
The problem
- You find a good seam on Tuesday and by Friday you cannot remember where it was.
- Everyone on the team has their own spreadsheet with their own criteria.
- The reason you discarded a keyword is written down nowhere.
A finding you do not store gets paid for twice.
How it works
There is no method to explain: it is a library, and its value is being always one click away.
- 1
You save from wherever you are
The button is in the discovery tool, in the gap and in the organic research. Saving does not pull you out of what you were doing, which is the only way anybody actually does it.
- 2
You note down why
The note is the part that adds value. A keyword without context is data; with discarded because the manufacturer answers it better than us it becomes a decision nobody has to make again.
- 3
You export whenever you like
As CSV, complete and untrimmed. It is your work and it is not held hostage: if one day you move to another tool, you take everything you have accumulated.
What you get
A library you search in real time and that does not age.
- Lists by project, with who saved each keyword and when.
- Real-time search across everything accumulated.
- The full CSV export, with no row limit.
Measure before you pay anything
The scanner runs 10 real responses in about 60 seconds. No signup, no card. If the number it returns tells you nothing, do not buy.
Measure my brandWho it is for
- Agencies with several clients, where mixing lists is a real problem.
- Teams with turnover that need judgement not to leave with the person.
- Anyone who has already lost a good list and does not want to repeat it.
It is not for you if...
It is not for you if what you want is somebody deciding for you. This stores and orders; the judgement remains yours.
An honest comparison
| By hand | With Citenza | |
|---|---|---|
| What it costs you | One spreadsheet per person in a shared folder. | One shared library, with author and date on every entry. |
| The method | No notes, or notes nobody else understands. | Internal notes explaining the decision, not just the data. |
| Repeating it next month | A year later, nobody knows which was the good one. | Real-time search over the whole history. |
Availability by plan
Free on every plan, trial included, with no limit on lists or saved keywords. It is not a promotion: charging to store text you already paid to discover would be charging twice for the same thing.
Honest questions
- Is it really free with no conditions?
- Yes. Storing text costs practically nothing and calls no model and no data provider. What costs money is discovering and measuring, and that is charged, with the estimated cost in view before launching.
- Can I import my lists from another tool?
- Yes, from CSV. And you can export them just as easily, which is the other half of the question and the half almost nobody answers. Coming in has to be as cheap as leaving.
- Are the lists shared with the client?
- Only if you decide so. Internal notes are never visible to a client account, precisely because they are internal: that is where the team writes what does not go into a report.
- Does it also store the questions from AI sweeps?
- No, and that is deliberate. Questions in a measurement set live in their own place because they carry a version and get frozen on launch. Putting them here, where everything is editable, would break comparability between quarters.
Start storing what you already know
And while you are at it, measure where you stand in the AI engines. That is also free and needs no signup.
