Terms of service

These terms govern access to CITENZA, a brand visibility measurement service across generative artificial intelligence engines.

The service is offered exclusively to businesses and professionals. By subscribing you declare that you are acting within your business or professional activity, and therefore the rights granted to consumers do not apply.

Billing is managed through Stripe, which is the tax source of truth: invoice amounts are not recalculated on our side. For EU business customers with a valid VAT number, reverse charge applies.

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not offer an availability commitment: the infrastructure is a single node without replication, and promising a percentage we cannot sustain would be worse than not promising one at all.

The figures produced by the service are statistical measurements of non-deterministic responses from third-party systems. They do not constitute advice or a guarantee of results, and their scope is described on the methodology page.

These terms are governed by the law applicable at the provider's registered address, without prejudice to the mandatory data protection rules applicable by virtue of the data subjects' location.
