Privacy policy

Liberty Digital Agency LLC is the CONTROLLER for the processing of account, billing and product telemetry data. Regarding the content you enter (brands, prompts, competitors) and the data generated from it (engine responses), it acts as PROCESSOR on your behalf. This distinction is also set out in the data processing agreement.

We process: the identity and email of users, billing data, brand and prompt configuration, the responses returned by the engines, and product usage telemetry.

Storage is on our own server located in Spain. You can verify this yourself by looking up the public registry for the IP address this domain resolves to.

Prompts are transferred to artificial intelligence providers established in the United States. This is inherent to the service: without that transfer there is nothing to measure. The full list of subprocessors, with their location, is published and versioned.

The full text of responses is kept between 14 and 180 days depending on the plan. Scanner reports are kept for twelve months, after which the email and the IP hash are deleted, keeping only the score and its breakdown. Scanner request logs are deleted after 90 days.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country.

We apply data minimisation actively: the system rejects prompts that contain patterns of personal data, of your IP address we store only a hash with rotated salt and never the address in the clear, and we use neither your data nor the engines' responses to train any model.
