A plan you can defend in a meeting

It starts from your real data, not a generic questionnaire: what the sweep measures, what the audit says and what your competitors do. Out comes a document with dated actions and the reason for each.

  • Horizons of 30, 60 and 90 days, plus the following quarter
  • Every action linked to the data that justifies it, not a loose recommendation
  • Exportable under your own brand to hand to a client or a committee

The problem

  • You have the data and still someone writes the strategy by hand every quarter.
  • The deck looks good and two months later nobody knows what became of that list.
  • When someone asks why that action and not another, the answer is a hunch.

A strategy with no data beside it is an opinion with a calendar.

How it works

The plan is not invented: it derives from what is already measured, and each action drags along the evidence that prompted it.

  1. 1

It gathers what you already have

Sweeps, audits, detected competitors and the entity record. If something is missing it says so instead of filling the gap with a generic recommendation.

  2. 2

It orders by effort and effect

What costs little and moves a lot goes into 30 days. What requires rebuilding a whole section goes to 90 days or the next quarter, and the reasoning is stated.

  3. 3

    It closes into a document

A file you can send, sign and review in three months against what actually happened. Comparing with the next quarter is the part almost nobody does.

What you get

Out comes a document, not a screen someone has to translate by hand.

  • The starting diagnosis, with the figures from the day it was generated and their denominator.
  • The plan by horizon, with an owner and a date on every line.
  • The section on what will not be done and why, the one that prevents half the arguments.

Measure before you pay anything

The scanner runs 10 real responses in about 60 seconds. No signup, no card. If the number it returns tells you nothing, do not buy.

Measure my brand

Who it is for

  • Agencies that deliver strategy and want to stop writing it from scratch every time.
  • In-house leads who must ask for budget and need to justify it.
  • Teams that already measure and do not know what to do with what they measure.

It is not for you if...

It is not for you if you have measured nothing yet. A plan derived from data that does not exist is an invented plan with better typography.

Honest questions

Is the plan written by a model?
The wording yes, the selection no. What goes into the plan and in what order is decided by a written rule over your data, not by a model picking what sounds best. The difference matters: a rule can be argued with and corrected; a generated paragraph cannot.
Can I change the plan it produces?
Yes, all of it. The draft is a starting point and you know your business better than any rule. What is preserved is traceability: move an action from 90 to 30 days and it is recorded as a human decision rather than a derivation from the data.
How often is it worth redoing?
Once a quarter. Any less and there is no real time to execute anything between plans; any more and it becomes the ritual of writing plans instead of carrying them out.
Can I deliver it under my agency's brand?
Yes, on the Agency plan. Your logo, your colours and your footer. What cannot be removed is the methodology note: the client has a right to know how what they are reading was measured, and that note is what makes the document defensible.

Data first, plan second

Start by measuring. A plan built on a real measurement defends itself.
