Content and brand

You already have the data. What is missing is what to do with it

Search Console holds the truth about your traffic and shows it as a table of a hundred thousand rows. This turns it into four kinds of opportunity, each with what to do.

  • Four types: lost click, quick win, almost page one and hidden demand
  • Period comparison, to tell seasonality from what actually broke
  • The analysis stays in your account and requires no access to your Search Console

The problem

  • You open Search Console, see a hundred thousand rows and close it.
  • You have queries at position six with a ridiculous click rate and you do not know.
  • There are queries with thousands of impressions where you appear on page four.

Most sites have their next quarter written in Search Console and unread.

How it works

You do not need to give us access to your account: you upload the export and the analysis happens on what you bring.

  1. 1

    You upload your export

The one Google generates with one click, in whatever format. Asking for account access would be more convenient for us and more invasive for you, and with this it is simply unnecessary.

  2. 2

    It splits into four types

You are high and get no clicks; you are on page one and can reach the podium; you are on page two and can get in; you have many impressions and sit far away. Each type calls for a different action and confusing them wastes the quarter.

  3. 3

It compares with the previous period

A fall in August may just be August. Comparing with the same period last year separates seasonality from what genuinely broke, and stops you reacting to a calendar.

What you get

Four ordered lists, not a table with a hundred thousand rows.

  • The queries where you are high and get no clicks, with what usually fails.
  • The ones one push from the podium, ordered by what you would gain.
  • The demand you are not serving, usually the quarter's content plan.

Measure before you pay anything

The scanner runs 10 real responses in about 60 seconds. No signup, no card. If the number it returns tells you nothing, do not buy.

Measure my brand

Who it is for

  • Sites with years of history where the data exists and nobody looks at it.
  • Teams that need to prioritise without spending budget on paid tools.
  • Agencies in an initial audit, where this is the first report shown.

It is not for you if...

It is not for you if you have no Search Console set up or the site is brand new. With no impression history there are no opportunities to prioritise, only pages to write.

An honest comparison

By handWith Citenza
What it costs youSorting the table by impressions and looking at the first twenty.Upload the file and the four lists come out.
The methodWithout crossing position with click rate, which is where the value is.With position, clicks and impressions crossed on every row.
Repeating it next monthAnd without comparing to last year, so August looks like a crisis. And with the previous period beside it so August is not mistaken for a problem.

Availability by plan

The analysis is available on every plan, trial included, because it calls no model and no data provider: it works on the file you upload. What grows by plan is how many analyses you store and how many periods you can compare.

Honest questions

Why do you not connect directly to my Google account?
Because asking for permissions on your Google account to do an analysis that works just as well from a file is asking for more than necessary. The export takes one click and gives us access to nothing you have not decided to give.
What do I do with queries where I am high and get no clicks?
First look at what sits above you on that query. In many cases the answer is in the AI box or a featured snippet taking the click, and then the problem is not your title: it is that the query no longer distributes clicks as it used to.
Does my Search Console data leave my account?
They go to no AI provider: the analysis is arithmetic and happens on our server, in Spain. The file is stored in your account and you can delete it whenever you like, with the same button that deletes any other data of yours.
Does this have anything to do with AI visibility?
There is an uncomfortable relation worth stating: when the AI box appears on a query, the click rate of the top results usually falls without the position changing. That pattern shows up here before anywhere else, and it explains drops that look inexplicable.

Next quarter is already written

And if clicks fall without the position falling, measure what is happening in AI answers.
